Business Development Manager for the Middle East and Asia

    Laserpas is an international company dedicated to the airborne inspection of overhead power lines. Headquartered Vilnius, Lithuania, we are looking to expand into different regions around the world. At this time, we are searching for a new regional leader of our growing Business Development team.

    Responsibilities

    • Search for new clients in the power sector
    • Develop long-term relationships with clients while managing and interpreting requirements
    • Provide expert advice on Laserpas products and services
    • Manage accounts from the first contact until invoice payment
    • Negotiate tenders, contract terms, and conditions needed to meet both client and company needs
    • Find and set-up partnerships with local service providers for project execution
    • Meet sales targets and keep customer records
    • Liaise with other sales and technical team members
    • Attend trade fairs, conferences, and meetings

    Criteria:

    • Higher education, preferably in an engineering and/or business related subject
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience with selling complex technical products
    • Ability to travel at least 40% of the working time
    • Fluency in English (additional foreign languages are an advantage as well)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent sales and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
